Bloody Arrow - lvl5
Invisibility - lvl5
Rake Nail - lvl5
Curse Effect - lvl5
Soul Shield - lvl5
Shadow Binding - lvl5
Shape of Fear - lvl5
Counterattack - lvl5
Binding Soul - lvl3
Lithifying Terror - lvl4
Deadly Fog - lvl10
Trap of Stiffness - lvl10

Total skill mastery pts - 68

This is what I'm making (well, eventually I'll be pvp, have to reskill out summons around 60 or so)

IMO
You should max Lithify and Blood Storm (for extra annoying stun/AoE combos)
Soul shield doesn't seem like it's worth the points to me, I'd rather have another AoE like arrow of ruin for group battles/grind
I actually had to look up what shape of fear was, seems decent except for the horrendous 10m range and 2sec cast time.

Rest of it seems about what i plan to do
