I told Scott I was going to do some research on this topic. Since I am in a two companies that have offices in foreign countries I felt obliged to contribute some ideas for players who want basic, premium or "items" and Requiem will not process their credit cards or will not allow them to pay-by-cash or utilize Pay-Pal (there are two Pay Pals...one legit and one not legit).

I talked to Wells Fargo who has an extensive "Online" banking network. They are willing to work with "gamers" who maintain a minimum $300 USD balance and will issue a Debit Card payable in USD's.

But they may not reach all of you in-game.

If you decide to use one of these banks...only go through a bank you know for transferals. Don't use any other method for transferal or you will be loosing money twice on rate-calculations and reductions. If your smart...and use multiple transfers to a bank in the right country...you will make a few USDs. Almost all these banks issue Debit Cards and a few will issue Credit Cards. Competition is rough and banking rules are tight.
