PVP Assassin build

I spoke to a few high lvl assassins, and got some feedback/input. here is the PERFECT PVP assassin build that is still PVE able.

Fata Morgana - lvl2
Fighting Will - lvl5 (Max DNA)
Poison of Malice - lvl5 (Max DNA)
Quick Attack - lvl5 (Max DNA)
Instant Accel - lvl5 (Max DNA)
Dual Wield Mastery - lvl10 (Max DNA) ((mastery goes to lvl10 when you change to assassin))
Forward Dash - lvl4
Soccer Kick - lvl5
Home Thrust - lvl5
Stealth - lvl1
Fortitude - lvl5
Raid - lvl7
Blinding Attack - lvl3
Brutal Scud - lvl4 ((when maxed, same length stun as ambush. more dmg + dash))
Spinning Edge - lvl2

Total skill points spent - 68

Hm...guess I have some questions about some of those.

For example, does higher-level soccer kick in fact remove non-healing buffs? If so, it's worthwhile....if not, waste of points.

Why level 2 Fata Morgana? Certainly not a PvP skill, doesn't really seem useful for anything.
And why 5 on fortitude? After the first level, it adds a pretty miniscule chance of crit.

I got the lvl2 Fata Morgana because I needed the skill mastery point to advance in the skill tree and it wouldnt hurt in PVE.
Yes, level 5 soccer kick has a 90% chance to remove healing effects & any buff x4.
I got lvl5 fortitude because crit is crit, and the more the better. Also, i honestly didnt see any other skill that would be needed for the build.

Its the perfect PVP build, and a + is that its still very PVE able.

haha, just wait til im lvl60 and i have lvl3 Brutal Scud much longer initial stun
thats the only reason uve been winning, bcuz my brutal scud replaced Ambush. and it only has a 3 sec stun atm.
